R. Terry Mueller - CEO, Principal
As CEO of the company, Terry has been instrumental in developing the company's core philosophy of value added services that are both affordable and comprehensive. Since founding Resource Technology Management in 1993, Terry has focused on providing quality outsourced services for hospitality clients. Today Terry heads up the eMax Hotel Internet Marketing division of Resource Technology Management as Senior Executive and serves as client relationship manager to a number of our management company partners. Mr. Mueller is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Steven T. Powell - President, Resource Technology Management
Steve Powell is responsible for Resource Technology's long-term growth, client retention and strategic marketing focus. A founding Principal and President, his experience prior to the company forming in 1993 includes 14 years of client services, and marketing long distance. Powell has diversified the technology consulting firm by encompassing high-speed Internet Services and eMax into the company. Steve holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from Florida Technological University / University of Central Florida and offices at the company's headquarters in Winter Park, Florida. He has been a presentation speaker at HITEC and has authored articles in several national hospitality publications.

Donald R. Shouldice – COO, Resource Technology Management
As a partner in Resource Technology, Don directs the daily operations, negotiates contracts and coordinates the business financial functions. Prior to joining Resource Technology and working with the eMax division, Shouldice spent 20 years in the hospitality business, holding varied positions such as Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager and VP Operations. Don holds a BS degree in Hotel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ian Carfagna – Manager of Technical Services
Ian is a dedicated project manager with over 10 years expertise working in online educational marketing, travel and hospitality. His background includes a wide variety of projects like the first ever accredited Forex college course and a collaboration between the state of California and Southwest Airlines.  With a BA in Business Administration from Penn Ohio College, his strengths lie in conceptual architecture and the ability to provide clear direction to design and development teams in order to achieve a successful application solution. Ian has proactively contributed to all aspects of marketing campaigns including budget, media buy, campaign creative design and lead generation, and served as the primary point of contact for numerous project stakeholders. He spearheaded the full spectrum of design deliverables such as linking strategies, site maps, creative and sales copy, wire frames, and compliance with style guidelines.  Ian’s knowledge of Internet architecture, database structure and multi-platform integration are keys to his continued successes.
